Applies in the case of:

Voluntary resignation.
Termination initiated by the company without liability on its part and in accordance with Law.

An invoice for 100% of the fees is issued on the day the candidate starts working, and a 15-day payment term is offered.
If the client cancels the position, an invoice for 30% of the total amount will be issued to cover administrative expenses.
